APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

Great Bear Resources Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Wan Jung, Mr. Brian Thurston and Mr. Tony Chan have become directors of the company. The previous directors have resigned to facilitate the change. The current directors are Mr. Wan Jung, Mr. Brian Thurston and Mr. Tony Chan. Mr. Wan Jung will be President, CEO and CFO of the Company.
